Strength & Conditioning
All of our Strength and Conditioning classes are designed so everyone can benefit and reach their fitness goals. Each class incorporates workouts that have proven to be the most effective for lean muscle mass gains, weight loss, fat burn, cardio endurance and stamina. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Plyometrics, Aerobic and Anaerobic exercises, Weight training and various Strength and Conditioning exercises and equipment are used.
We offer various fitness classes which include: Crashfit: A mix of aerobic exercises and weight training using the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) method. StrikeFit: Timed rounds of punching, kicking, kneeing heavy bags. Battling ropes,sprinting, medicine ball work, and various strength and conditioning exercises are also used. Strength and Conditioning: Weight training, explosive movements, cardio and various equipment are used to increase your athletic ability and performance. An amazing class for everyone and those athletes looking to cross-train in something different.
