Submission Grappling

Although BJJ is traditionally trained in a Jiu-Jitsu Uniform (Gi), practicing the art without a Gi is necessary for MMA and self defense.

Without the Gi makes this sport very explosive and fast paced due to the lack of grips or “handles” available. Expect your conditioning to improve greatly when practicing Submission Grappling.

 Duration: 1-2 hours

 Required: Clean workout attire.
