This session involves conditioning paired with rounds of Thai Boxing technique. Very little or light contact is involved with others except for experienced strikers. Cardio, pad work, heavy bag work and shadowboxing are the major proponents of this class. Our instructors will determine who may participate in light sparring. Duration: 1 hour Required: Boxing Gloves, Mouth Guard, Shinpads, Headgear, clean workout attire. Trial members are not required to have sparring equipment until sign up.
